How long does it take to ship?
Our processing time is 24–48 hours once your order is placed, and domestic shipping can take between 3–5 days. During peak times such as holidays, the processing and shipping times can be extended. However, we will work extremely hard during these times to ensure your order is shipped to you quickly.
Can you change your order?
We want to get your order to you quickly, and because of that, we are unable to change your order, including color, name, address, and quantity.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
What carrier do we use to ship?
We use the United States Postal Service priority shipping.
Do we ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, this may change in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged item and would like a replacement, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item within seven days of receipt.
